The present experience report aims to present the observations and reflections made during Supervised Internship I, with an emphasis on educational and school management regarding the structural conditions of educational environments. The experience was carried out in a school within the municipal network of Moreno, where challenges related to inadequate climate control in the facilities were identified, along with their implications for the well-being and performance of students and teachers. The study was based on observations, interviews, and group discussions with the school principal and teachers. The results highlighted the need for public investment in school infrastructure to improve the physical and pedagogical conditions of the educational environment.
